The National Republican Congressional Committee announced today that I have reached ‘Contender’ status as part of its Young Guns program.  My campaign is amongst a small and elite group of candidates who are achieving the Young Guns program’s rigorous goals.  Read the press release below:

Virginia Republican Takes Critical Second Step toward ‘Young Gun’ Status

 Washington- The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) announced today that Republican Keith Fimian (VA-11) has reached ‘Contender’ status as part of its Young Guns program. ‘Contender’ status is the second step in the three-level program, with Fimian now facing a new set of benchmarks to reach ‘Young Gun’ status in his bid to unseat incumbent Democrat Gerry Connolly.

Founded in the 2007-2008 election cycle by Reps. Eric Cantor (R-VA), Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), and Paul Ryan (R-WI), the Young Guns program is a member-driven organization dedicated to electing open-seat and challenger candidates nationwide. By achieving ‘Contender’ status, Fimian has already proven his ability to build a successful campaign structure and achieve vital fundraising goals. 

As a certified public accountant and business owner, Keith Fimian knows first-hand what fiscal responsibility means. Fimian will bring financial know-how back to Washington and work towards rebuilding Virginia’s struggling economy. Fimian is currently the chairman and founder of U.S. Inspect, located in Chantilly, Virginia. U.S. Inspect is the nation’s largest provider of residential and commercial property inspection services.

While already having completed certain steps to place him on the road to victory, Fimian now faces a new set of rigorous benchmarks that will elevate him to the top level of the Young Guns program and help him build an effective, winning campaign.
